Day 02: Delhi
Leave for a post breakfast city sightseeing tour covering both Old & New Delhi. Start with the major attractions of Old Delhi like Raj Ghat cremation ground of Gandhiji, Jama Masjid mosque and Chandni Chowk bazaar where you can also enjoy a rickshaw ride. Later in the day, proceed on a tour of New Delhi including Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Akshardham Temple, Qutub Minar, Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Diplomatic Enclave and Birla Mandir. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur
Golden Triangle tour package today proceeds to Pink City Jaipur. Check out from hotel after breakfast and depart for the railway station to board onward train to Jaipur. You can also choose to travel by your private vehicle and stop midway at Neemrana Fort for a short visit before continuing tour to Jaipur. Check in to hotel on arrival and freshen up. Later, leave for a city sightseeing tour covering Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace,
Ram Niwas Bagh and Jal Mahal. Spend the evening at Chokhi Dhani ethnic village resort and enjoy a host of fun-filled cultural activities. Return to Jaipur hotel for the night.
Day 04: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
Leave for an early morning excursion to Amer Fort where you can also enjoy an exciting elephant ride up to the fort. Then proceed to the Taj City Agra by road. Stop en route for a short visit to Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted Mughal capital. Upon arrival at Agra, check in to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05: Agra
Today we take you to an early morning visit to Taj Mahal. Later proceed to the Agra Fort, also called Red Fort, owing to its construction in pure red sandstone. Tour the various parts of the fort such as Diwan-I-Am (Hall of Public Audience) and Diwan-I-Khas (Hall of Private Audience). Spend the evening at leisure and stay for the night at the hotel.
Day 06: Agra - Jhansi - Orchha
Check out from hotel in the morning and depart for Jhansi by train, which is included in your Golden Triangle and Khajuraho Tour. On arrival at Jhansi, continue tour to Orchha by road. Check in to hotel and freshen up. Then proceed for a city tour covering the magnificent temples and palaces of the region. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 07: Orchha - Khajuraho
Today is the day for Khajuraho temple tours. Check out from hotel in the morning and transfer to Khajuraho by road. Check in to hotel on arrival and freshen up. Later in the day, proceed for sightseeing of the world famous Khajuraho temples, a World Heritage Site, renowned for its exquisite erotic sculptures. Tour the Western and Eastern group of temples with a guide. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08: Khajuraho - Delhi - Departure
On the last day of Golden Triangle with Khajuraho tour, check out from hotel after breakfast and depart for the airport to board return flight to Delhi.
