Day 02: Delhi - Srinagar
Check out from hotel after breakfast and head for your tour to Kashmir. On arrival at the domestic airport, board onward flight to Srinagar, the state capital. Our representative receives you on arrival at the airport and escorts you to a Deluxe Houseboat where you have your lunch. Later, proceed for a half-day city sightseeing tour covering the Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. Spend the evening on board a Shikara floating above the world famous Dal Lake. Return to the houseboat for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar
Today morning, we take you on a full day excursion to the scenic town of Gulmarg, a must visit in Kashmir tours, India. Take an exciting ride on board a Gondola (cable car) to Khalinmarg. Later in the evening, drive back to the houseboat for dinner and night stay.
Day 04: Srinagar - Delhi - Agra
Spend the morning at leisure after breakfast at hotel. Check out from the houseboat after lunch and depart for the airport to board onward flight to Delhi. Our representative meets you on arrival and escorts you to Agra by road (approx. 4 hrs). Transfer to hotel on arrival for the night.
Day 05: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
Today morning, we take you to an unforgettable Taj Mahal tour. Enjoy its spectacular beauty at dawn. Return to the hotel and have your breakfast here. Then proceed for a visit to Agra Fort built entirely in red sandstone. Later, the tour continues to the Pink City Jaipur (approx 5-6 hrs drive) via Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted Mughal city. Here, you can visit the Bulund Darwaza, Jama Masjid and Tomb of Shaikh Salim Chisti. On arrival at Jaipur, transfer to hotel and spend the night here.
Day 06: Jaipur
Leave for a post breakfast excursion to Amber Fort. Here, you can also take an exciting elephant ride to the main entrance of the fort. Return to Jaipur city and visit the City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. Spend the evening at leisure. You can also shop around for exclusive handicrafts at the local bazaars. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 07: Jaipur - Delhi - Departure
Check out from hotel early morning after breakfast and transfer to Delhi (approx. 5 hrs) by road. Upon arrival, proceed for a half day guided sightseeing tour covering the major attractions of both Old and New Delhi. Start with a tour of New Delhi and visit the Rashtrapati Bhawan, Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple, India Gate and Humayun's Tomb. Continue tour to Old Delhi. Drive past the famous bazaar of Chandni Chowk and then visit Red Fort and Jama Masjid. Late in the day, we take you to Raj Ghat, the memorial site of Gandhiji. Depart for the airport in the evening and board onward flight for return journey back home or to further destination. Taj Mahal with Kashmir Tours Package ends.
